123 Anniversary of the Finding of Mary's House

July 29, 1891. Mary's House in Ephesus is found.

Please join us in prayers of gratitude for the charity, perseverance, courage, and fortitude of Sr. Marie in her inspired mission 123 years ago to find, acquire, and restore Mary's House for all God's children for all time.

In Mary's House we see a sign of true hope for peace between Muslims and Christians who by the thousands each year make long journeys and pilgrimages to pray there. Each day pilgrims of both faiths pray inside Mary's House, side by side, in silence and in peace, to honor Mary. Is there any more critical and timely cause in our world today? Please take a moment of silence to spiritually enter Mary's House, bring your petitions for this troubled world to Mary's heart, and thank God for this gift of Mary's House, a model and true beacon of hope for peace in these times...and for its Foundress, Servant of God, Sr. Marie de Mandat-Grancey, D.C. May the peace of Mary's Heart and Home triumph over all evil through the intercession of Sister Marie.

We thank God for giving us the privilege of Sister Marie de Mandat-Grancey. Through her great generosity she acquired the property at Ephesus, the home of Mary and Saint John the Evangelist. We ask God and Sister Marie to continue to bless the cornerstone given to her, "Around this cornerstone we build our faith and the powers of darkness will not prevail." We pray for God's will to be completely fulfilled through the intercession of Sister Marie. Amen.
